Sending the reminder notifications is subject to a number of conditions:

  • Is it a working day? (if not, no notification)
  • Was that day filled before a reminder time? (if so, no notification)
  • Are the notification (reminder) times (three times) correct in the app settings? (if the bell is crossed, no notification will be sent)
  • Are the general notifications on? (if not, no notifications will be sent at all)
  • Is out-of-office off? (if not, no notification will be sent)
